Hi
I have a victa here which is over revving i have changed all o'rings (the starter oring was pinched and was leaking) and still the mower is going way to fast. In the back of the carby there is a spring and diaphram i was wondering if i shortend the spring would it bring down the revs?
I have 2 different sized springs here but can not remember which does which. I have worked at Stihl for the last 8 years and worked on only about 10-20 mowers a year. So unfortunatly i have forgotten a few things.

Also i did check the starter pully for wear around the nut and shaft and that all seems to be okay.
