With the brake adjustment too, if it needs to be done, don't stress over it. Follow the brake rod to where it connects to the brake caliper. If you can, take the rear right wheel off, then the lever that the rod connects too should be visible. The chassis has a semi-circular cutout to allow access to a nut with a split pin through it. Take the split pin out, and adjust the nut, (1/2 inch spanner), until the pedal only has a very slight amount of free play. Then just replace the split pin. A bit of lubricant on the lever where it contacts the caliper push pin helps too. Then put the wheel back on and try it. I set it up so that the park brake held and it works ok. Definately not a brake that will throw you over the front though. hahaha
