yep the diaphram was on backward it had been a couple years since i had pulled one apart, i just whacked it back together the way it was when i pulled it apart not realising what i had done.
too late now to try to start it. but the spark cutout seems wrong, my other victa cuts the spark when the throttle is up top of the air filter chamber, this one cuts the spark when throttle is at bottom of chamber
it doesnt seem right but sticker with markings is long gone so im not sure now.....
