hi guys


i have a powertorque that the throttle will not open beyond a tiny bit when carby is together

when i take the diaphram cap and the diaphram off it will open properly


any ideas what the4 problem could be?

once this is sorted im going to have a go at restoring my old craftsman utility anyone know whe4re i can get a flap assembly for it?
