Hey guys I got a couple of old victa 160cc 2 stroke mowers both are the series 70 mark 4 with the alloy base and g3 carbs. now the main one i use has had a fresh piston / rings put through it, a little of the head on some glass with some grinding paste and a hone by hand with some sand paper. This thing revs its ass off....
but the only problem I'm having is its chewing through blades like no tomorrow, especially on one side. Is it possible I have lined the base plate up so on the exhaust stroke is coming out onto the blade? It seems I'm only getting about 10-15 lawns out off a set and one side is always worse than the other one. Any ideas would be great, Thanks.
