The key is about 2" long and the LH wheel has no shows of wear so i am guessing nothing to sinister in there apart from corrosion. Serious damage is a definite possibility but i am going to make up a 2 leg pulley as Grumpy sugested and give it a crack tonight. If that doesn't work out comes the angle grinder.....ha ha
