Craig, did you see the before & after pics of my front roller I posted a couple of weeks ago? I touched it up with an orbital sander & I think it looks much better than what I had. Could even get the result a little better if I had more time. Masybe an option for you?? Depends to the extent you want to go I guess. Re the size I suggest some of the other guys are much more knowlegable than I & may be able to assist here.
