Yeh I had a look but could only see some very slight scoring on the cylinder wall and the it seems to have compression when I pull start it.
I blew carb cleaner thru both jets and they don't seem to be blocked. When it runs at open throttle it seems to be ok but anything less than that with the choke off and it dies. I think my neighbour had a go at fixing it before he gave it to me so he may have changed something..... Could it be an ignition problem? Should I be looking at anything else?.
