Hey Wayne, great to see that you got around the ring prob ok,and all is well....I can't believe some idiot welded the nut to the crank on the Stihl....but I guess "necessity is the mother of invention" I once restored a 1922 Model 'T' Ford and on stripping the engine down, we found one piston made of ironbark wood with galvanised metal sheet cut to size and tacked to the top, where the spark plug had burnt a hole right through!!
