. looking closer, this pdf is for engines a bit older than mine... which is built in the 1990s I believe.
My B/S part number is 130902-1260-01 If you have anything for that model I'd be grateful!
The manual I put up did cover a few things for the motor like carby and governor and setting the ignition points but yours being
from the nineties most likely has the electronic ignition coil, also the old manual covers the starter ,there isn't much you
need to do to old Briggs motors.
The owners manual has valve clearance specs.
