If the vintage Cox ride on page on FB, hasn't been updated since 2019 ,that doesn't sound good for info.
There are a few Vintage mower groups you could try on FB or just put an ad on FB Marketplace asking for any info with a pic of the mower ,I've seen others do this with results.
