I don't think you can just cut the back out on your mower because it is the self drive .

I'd get a catcher from another mower ,not sure if this fits I would need to check but I usually

I'm surprised people will spend around $550. on a Honda motor ,I know in USA you get GCV motors
new around $250. Aus dollars.

They have remote control petrol mowers with free post under $600.
