It did make it hard to get in, I got it into the second slot this time around. For some reason the cable had like a bend in it and after seeing that new ones have no bend I straightened it out. Also noticed with that bend at full throttle both notches in the cable holder that it wasnt reaching full throttle. I amended this, checked the throttle at full rpms was opening all the way and was still having the lower rpms.

I pulled the engine off and inspected the governor nozzle and it was actually a bit blocked up. Have cleared it out and re assembled but not tested yet as was too late last night so will try this afternoon. Blow through test wasn't enough but we'll see if this makes a difference.
