Have you tried to remove the main jet nozzles and clean the tiny holes and clean the pilot jet? Check also the fuel filter if not block and mainly the tank fuel cap air vent might be blocked to cause vacuum. Try to run the engine with fuel tank cap open or loose to allow more fuel to flow.
