I didn't spend $650 on a scanner and printer for no reason. The scanner/printer I have is capable of printing good sticker decals, scanned documents almost come in better quality than the the original document scanned, is completely compatible with my phone so I can sit anywhere I want and put the power on it and start scanning.
Im still working on the software for touching up scanned decals, so that when I print them they look completely new. Also other software to make my own colour combinations on the original decal shapes to make certain mowers match but are custom.
I have started, I'm a 5th of the way through scanning the folder of information. So it's coming, but it's going to take time!
