Thank you Tyler. Your reply is very much appreciated. As an aside, do any Victa fuel taps (petcocks?) have this o-ring in them? ie: can I take a Victa fuel tap and use its o-ring for the G3 carby?
Glad to compromise a fuel tap to get the required o-ring as an alternative.
