I know. There are plenty of the fairer gender who are a breath of fresh air but the typical experience is what I'm talking of and that is a devil may care "why should I be expected to know that" belief system. That is what needs to be addressed if we blokes want to take them as truly equal. I had a young sub 26 yo male staff member at Bunnings who had no idea what I was talking about when I wanted that black foam pipe insulation (an older gent later pointed it out to me immediately), but he took a few seconds of his time to try and figure out where I could find such an item. A female of the same age group would likely not try at all.
Why can't we have more men like this at hardware shops these days?
