Sorry if the wrong forum to post this, it's not exactly an engine issue. Ive got a mower, not really sure what it is, maybe a Victa. The pull cord pulls out easy but doesn't retract - (engine seems to turn over with this one pull so no dramas there). I'm trying to remove the pull cord housing (if that's what it's called) to see what's happened to the coiled spring and try fix it but for the life of me cannot get this bolt off to access it. I cant tell if the bolt extends down further below the plastic wheel and if so then it isn't possible to undo it without breaking the plastic. How do I get it off? Ive tried penetrating lube and securing it from the other side but there isn't much width of bolt to work with and I'm rounding it off.
