Sorry MF, can't help you much, I live in a close (court) so get very little passing traffic and I only have passing contact with a few in the street. Neighbours on one side are absolute dogs and live like pigs and have been there 20 years but they are moving on in a few weeks and we can't wait, but still a little concerned as the block is large and we think the idea is to put a number of units on it. If this happens I'm insisting on the cypress trees be removed and that will fix my possum problem. Apart from that I drive in and out of my front gates and do not look at anything that goes on beyond them. Living near a pub or restaurants/shopping strip does have advantages and drawbacks. I rarely go to our local shops because it is very spot the Aussie there now. This has changed completely in the 40 years we have lived here but I just live in my own world now
