Haha, thanks Norm . I 'think' I found the issue. I believe I installed the diaphragm upside down :/, I just flipped it around and seemed to be ok. I'll double check tomorrow with it all connected and see how it goes.
Do you happen to know the part number for the small spring between the lifter and diaphragm ? I stepped on mine
