Hi Norm,
Not sure on the hex size without looking at it but 13/64 hex is around 5.2 mm.

Troy have 2 stroke and 4 stroke brush cutters,the four stroke has a rocker cover ,it's probably
going to be difficult to see under the plastic cover.
