Need Help!! Have a B&S engine with and air vane governor system. Old Carburetor, manual choke. Have no idea how to connect the governor spring/s. Some old photos show 2 some 1, at a loss. Any advise and Pictures would be appreciated. Want to ensure its right.

There will be two springs according to the number.

PN 691289 Governored Idle Spring
PN 691825 Governor Spring (Red)
