hi ime new here i have a cox lawn boss i got a flat tyre and tried to take rear wheel off got c clip off but wheel is stuck tight put a pulley on and tightened it but wheel is still stuck tight, sprayed penetrating oil both sides leaving pulley on all night to see if it moves thanking you any ideas

In the manual for my Cox they say to leave the mower on the ground and use a large block of wood and a big hammer to hit the axle end once you have removed the retaining nut. Although my model uses a nut rather than a circlip it may well still apply for your model.
