Regretfully, I am going to be putting up my solid deck 20" SB45 for sale.

Honda GX160, 8-Blade reel, near new low-cut bedknife, sealed bearing front roller assembly, will cut down to 5mm in current set up.

2 years ago it had a full rebuild with;
New cutter inner clutch half
New cork material on cutter clutch & landroll
New cutter & landroll chains
New reel bearings
New rear roller bearings

Extremely tight & bullet proof mower with the superior and stronger solid engine deck. The only thing that it doesn't have is a catcher (over-rated piece of kit IMO)
