Good afternoon, (relative i know).

Anyone able to point me in the right direction for a service manual, (workshop Manual), for a Honda GV150?
I have recently picked up a tidy motor and wanted to give it a once over.
Main issue so far is there seems to be way to much play, (*EDIT* end play), in the crank, to the point the flywheel is touching the Coil.

This is not a motor that has an output for self drive..

Many thanks

Greetings Timon,

Welcome to the ODK Forums. We're pretty much a crew of tinkerers here, who like the challenge of fixing things, rather than discarding them.

I can't find any downloadable [free or paid] Service Manuals for this old model, so I'd say a print copy is the only option. They are available on Amazon and eBay US, but shipping is going to make them quite exy.

The online parts lists for the GV150 do show a crankshaft thrust washer, FWIW.

Cheers,
Gadge

Hi Gadge,

Thanks for reply.
Yes I myself tend not to throw stuff out. Much prefer to keep it going.
Im constantly surprised at the amount gear that I can pick up with very minor faults, that can be fixed for a few buck and a little time.

Re. the manual, yes looks like ebay is the only option.

Thanks
