Hey Mal, Thanks for the kind words smile

Colour is Ford Sherwood Green Metallic, engine is the usual off the shelf Chevy Orange, so yes very well guessed! The decals I had specially screen printed to get the true metallic gold inks rather than the yellow you get from digital reproductions.

I've got a little retail showroom with lots of auto parts on display but I think the car guys will appreciate a well done mower. I did most of this one at home with standard off the shelf acrylic lacquer and enamels as they're a little more faithful to the factory finishes on mowers. 2 pack tends to look much too shiny for a resto. I'll be sure to grab some progress pics of the next mower in the workshop so you can see the setup. What line of work are you in?

Here's a couple of pics of the custom paintwork I do if you're interested. The Ford rocker cover is painted in a custom red with silver lettering airbrushed in, the wheels were done for a Ferrari F430 race car and the flaming skulls LS1 engine covers were done for a customer just this morning smile

hi i have just inherited a scott bonnar 45 cordless mower with catcher(model and serial nos 45 00141 and 45 0466.it has cordless printed on the mower and has the 2 piece handles which look like they cross over each other with the scott bonnar (SB) medallion in the lower middle section of the handles)the battery box is exposed.wondering what voltage battery it takes to see if it runs(confident as the mower presents well)are there many of this model around, and are they worth much?regards chisel 57 (new member)i am in melbourne.
