Tecumseh Engine Identification.

Hi all,
I have a Tecumseh 4 stroke engine on a Victa LawnKeeper frame.

I'm trying to find a parts list for the engine.

The numbers on the side of the fan shroud are VAN 148 E-36286E

I know the engine should be identified as LV148EA but I don't know what the following numbers should be.

Can anyone help?
