Hi I picked up a Little Wonder Lawn Edger CAT#6001 Serial Number 84-73363. Picked this up as well as a Scott Bonnar Mower #00945 Model 450589. Does anyone know anything about the Edger year it was made etc...

Is there any chance you can upload some larger images as it is very hard to see details in these small images.
We may be able to give you the correct advice if they are larger.

The best way of dating a edger with a Briggs engine, is to post the complete string of numbers: (Model, Type and Code) that are stamped into the metal air cowling of the Briggs, from which we can get the date of its manufacture, and model information...this will also help us determine a rough idea of your machines age.

The edger is pre-1990, from the model number. As it has a Briggs engine, posting the numbers from the cowl, as Deejay suggests, will allow us to date it more exactly. You can download the owners manual/parts list from http://littlewonder.com/si-owners_manual_lawnedgers.asp
