Hi,

Has anyone got one of those cheap 2-stroke generators which are made in the Far East, and which are often advertised on Ebay? I live in the UK and it seems impossible to get any technical info or spares for them over here. Can anyone help with a workshop manual or info on carby adjustment or governor settings please? Any information would be very welcome!!

They are a clone of a yamaha unit as for the carb they are a fixed main jet unit the only adjustment is the idle mixture they run at 3100 rpm to produce 230 volts.True parts are not available- easily at least but my own unit has nearly 1000 hours on it now all i've replaced is the starter cord apart from cleaning the air filter it has received no maintanence at all
