Is it correct to set the " L " needle adjustment first before setting the " h " needle or vis versa ? What is the correct setting on start up & on final set ?
Any suggestions will help.
Thanks in advance !

You start by setting the low screw out by one & a quarter turns and the high by 1 turn then you adjust the low screw first till it does not hesitate after that then adjust the high screw.
