I bit the bulled this weekend and decided to give the hard rubbish another go.So I did this is what I found on Saturday.

Look at this wiper sniper it looks almost new.Anybody know anything about it?It looks a bit a brash cutter. The lady said that they just couldn't get it to run.It still has fuel in it.I did have a little look and when you press the primer fuel doesn't come through. So I guess that means there must be some kind of blockage.

And this is today's effort.

This was the catcher that made the hole weekend worth it.A VC-160 Auto Drive catcher.I have one catcher that was not in good condition. This one doesn't have a crack it anyway. It is a fantastic find.Well worth it.

This one here I'm going to clean it up and put it on my four (Brum Brum) that I mow my lawns with.It may be dirty but it does seem to be in better condition than the one that's on it.So I may just have to go out next time.Next week end.

Nice Work!

The Rover in the 8th Pic (right hand side of 8th Pic) with the Techumseh Motor on it....IF you end up parting it out...can you PM me please..I'm chasing the starter pully unit..

Cheers!

Ryobi Brushcutter you picked up is a chinese unit (made through Homelite).most likely with a RuiXing Carby on it (no kits/parts available) :-( a good carby strip down & full clean can sometimes work well..just dont forget to remove the mesh screen & clean

Good Luck!

You mean this one?

Funny as I'm not real sure what I'm going to do with this one yet.I guess it depends on how good it is.I know that it does turn over.It is missing the starter cord and handle.I'll see how I go with it.

hey Blumbly those ryobi brushcutters usually just need a carbie kit as the diaphrams perish easily.there a pain to work on though as its all in miniature.

If my collection is complete ( then how come i keep buying stuff ? ) 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

It will be interesting to see what and where it is blocked.Just have to find the time now.Between it and the restores going on.

It is a hobbie that can keep you very busy. Especially if you 20 mowers or more, keeps the wife happy as I'm home but still out of her hair.
