Well done nice piece of work there. Far from standard. Is it running yet? I would love to see a YouTube clip of it. Good work.

Well done chris125 waiting for the YouTube link now. Also I curious to know about the stand you have it on in some of your pictures. Is it something you made? or is it something that was made to hold mowers? I'd be interested to know about it.Thanks

Blumbly the stand is for Moto X bikes as they dont have a stand comes in handy for mowers...well if it works here is the link to the Red hot little 125cc Victa. [video]

OH my lord it looks better on video than it does in the pictures. So how does the stand work? Could you take some pictures of it? I think I'd like to design and make something like that to help me out.

G'day Mark i should have taken a pic of the baffle but they are an easy and cheap thing to make and work really well at keeping noise down[Linked Image]

Love the video's Chris,
I will have a go at the muffler baffle one day.
I have never hear of the term "4 stroking" before. I will have to look that one up.

I prefer the 125cc, I did one up for dad and it screamed and just ate grass.
Here is a picture of it.

Mark, on the subject of 2 stroking, 4 stroking, 6 stroking etc. you might try this thread:

Undder no load at full revs they sound like crap some call this 4 stroking which is a good thing nice and rich its like they are holding back all mowers that are 2T do it..Put them undder load and now they can use and need all that fuel to make power and start to hum...To lean with no load at full revs sure they would sound great and rev but undder load would have no power and also blow up in no time lol...We have all been mowing and ran out of fuel just before it does and fuel leans out revs pick up quite a bit....
