5 H.P. B&S Engine - How Old?

I have a copper colored 5 HP Briggs and Stratton engine with old style decals on it. It has never been used and was found in the back of a closing hardware store where the owner didnt know how old it was. It is model number 130232, serial number D381303, Type 0037-01 and Code number 73061207. Any help is appreciated
