Has anyone ever modified a victa I seem to remember many years ago seeing a ultra light running a modified/ hotted up victa motor and can you make one run backwards in theory it can be done has anyone done it?

Just for something to tinker with. The victa motor I saw had a reed valve and motorbike carb installed straight into the crankcase

I see a twin or even triple engined victa ride on in my future. Why??? Why the hell not.

PMB, for ultralights and self-launching gliders, the engine is treated as a convenience, not a necessity, and is not an aircraft-rated machine. The pilot is supposed to operate only in places where loss of engine power would not be a safety hazard.
