I have a similar problem, although I don't even know how to restore the latent tension to allow cord return. I tried turning the cord retention reel in an anti-clockwise direction, prior to tying the cord off, to see if this would allow the spring tension to build up to no avail.Only a clicking sound once every revolution. It is a Victa 125 cc, with plastic carby etc, although the only reference to the model number is that it is a "Super Torque Engine". Would appreciate if you could help. Thanks
