This is your parts list and operators manual (this has some torque setting) below.

The manual I put up did cover a few things for the motor like carby and governor and setting the ignition points but yours being
from the nineties most likely has the electronic ignition coil, also the old manual covers the starter ,there isn't much you
need to do to old Briggs motors.

The owners manual has valve clearance specs.
