hi i was wonding how many hores power 160cc would be and also i got new gaskets for it and then i went to start it and it back fired and broke the gasket near the spark why i dont have a blade plate on i am trying to get it to run a car alutornator so could u please help me thanks

Matt,
By not having a blade plate on the shaft you will continue to have a timing problem and it will pull the starter rope out of you hands. So you need to balance the shaft with something. As to the head gasket blowing out I think that the head might be warped so you will have to get it refaced.
