The old belt is 900mm or 35" long 10mm wide. New belt is maked A33 and its 13mm wide,same on on that link A33 1/2" X 35" .grumpy useing size of the old belt and the link you gave, This is the only belt neer to the old one A33 1/2" X 35" OC ?

If your pulleys are 3/8" wide rather than 1/2" wide, you need a different type of belt. The A through E section belts are industrial types for high power use on fairly large diameter pulleys. For tighter radius pulleys you use an automotive type of belt, only 3/8" wide. This is usually called a 3L belt section. You can find them here:

I don't think you'll find 3L section belts hard to get:

This seller has 3L belts in 33, 34 or 35 inch lengths, with Kevlar ropes, for US$4. I don't know what the availability is in Australia, but it doesn't seem like they are a scarce item internationally.

grumpy and Ken, Thank you very much for your help and info. I try getting a 3/8" by 33" and 35" see witch one works the best. I put the old belt back in for the timebeen,tho it`s too wet doing anyting at the moment.

Sounds good alwood, I hope you'll find the belt easy to get from a proper belt merchant. Using the 3L33 or 3L35 description makes it a standard part like an A33 or A35. I'll close this thread.
