Hi Lynx, just replying to your request, the mower you have is a 1954 model, the model before the V1, the steel wheels or are they tin with rubber tread? was also used on theV1 until the full pastic rubber wheels replaced them. I have a old advert for the model you have, and it was first released at the Royal Sydney show, the Show did not have space to put them in so Victa just had pictures of them and advertised in the paper.I have seen a perfect original one up here in Cairns and I can go and take photo`s anytime of it, please email me your photo to brettmj@optusnet.com.au and I can then forward the advertisment if you want .
