Hi all,

To make a long story short, Victa 2stroke lawn mower (Tornado VEX60) won't start as the fuel tap was left on. It seemed that an engine(?) got flooded with fuel.
What would you recommend me to get it working?

Thanks in advance & Happy Easter,
Geo

geo,

1. Turn off the fuel tap.

2. Remove the spark plug.

3. Pull starter rope to remove fuel from cylinder but be careful not to ignite the fuel.

4. After cylinder is clear of fuel dry the plug and put back in.

Then try starting the engine without the fuel tap turned on and it should start after about 12 pulls.

In future don't leave the fuel tap on as Victa G4 carbies tend to leak when tap is not turned off. cheers2
