Hi All, New to this site but very glad to find you. I was looking up info about fishing off Adelaide for the long weekend and wandered around to here.
I am a gardener/ handyman and have a great collection of yard tools as you can imagine. Some time ago, I was given a Ryobi grass scorpion rct 2800AD by a grateful customer. I have been servicing it and cleaning it up to sell as it is a bit too light for me. Strangely, it also seems to run 'cack-handed' or the opposite direction to what I am used to.
Anyway, in my stupidity, I did not take much notice of the number of turns the H/L screws were adjusted out before I got into it with the spanners. I figured it would be easy to at least get it started again and adjust it up from there but, I am not as clever as I thought after all

.
I have downloaded the operator's manual but it does'nt go into that much detail. Is there a sort of standard setting that all great mechanics just know?? Or is each carby different?? I won't be lying in bed wondering as it is just a bit of fun and something I would like to learn more about.
Cheers in advance and well done on the list...Cam.
