toro snowblower won't start

The starting rope will not even pull on my toro snowblower. Any suggestions on what might be wrong

Looks as if you may have a stuck cylinder,
take off the blower housing and take the spark plug out and see if you can turn the flywheel by hand, if not try putting a wrench on the flywheel nut and turning while
putting some sort of light lubricant in the
spark plug hole.
