I have a ryobi whipper snipper model RST31E with a Zena carb C1U that is at least 4 to 5 years old that will just run on almost full coke . Which sounds like it's not getting enough fuel to run correctly ,,, so I think I need to buy a major carb kit which would have a needle and seat and the very small gauze filter included.
It has red and white adjusters on the top of the carb which are the high and low mixture controls which are also not much good if the carb is not getting enough fuel???

onka,

Check the online store later on Sunday as they are uploading the complete range of zama carby kits which include the screen and needle. I would also be looking at the fuel filter in the tank because if you are not getting enough fuel then it could be blocked partly and is stretching the diaphragms. cheers2

Hi onka,

Below is how to get the information relating to the model number of the carby etc. This will help to identify the carby and then just use the model number in the search box on the inline store to get the kit you need. cheers2

Once again thanks for the prompt service and advice ,,, I have found a model number on my Zama carb of P14A and under that 12A but not a body type number but when I look in the spares listings I can't find a carb kit that matches my model...some of the kits match visually what I need but first things first ,,, do you reconise the model number?

The rebuild kit is HERE and the gasket kit is HERE .

They are the correct ones for your carby and below is the reference chart for the zama carby kits.
