Hi Jayson, Haven't seen one like it,mate,good looking little mower tho, but predating Victa?....Hmmmm...I'd have to think about that one......

Saw this on e bay a few days ago and had me baffled.
Those handle bars look a bit sus...something from
the 60s I would think.
Looks OK and cert cheap enough
Go for it.
