Hmmm I had a few Mayfair Mowers cleaner than the one below and couldn't get $30. so just scrapped the bases ,I guess a few people think because the mower is old it must be worth a lot.
The 3 Victa mowers below if I wanted them sold in a few weeks , the 2 strokes would go for $50. but they still might not sell and would get lots of offers for $25 and the 4 stroke would sell for $80.
Another problem I have with mowers I sell cheap, I seem to get a few people that want to transfer money so I can hold the mower for a few months until they are ready to pick up the mower.(layaway)
Hi Max, People can put any price they want on a mower, doesn't mean they are going to sell. Like that bloke in Dandy North who wants from memory $450 for a Honda self propelled with rear axle and the motor untested. I told him to keep me posted and if he sold it I would buy him a beer. Didn't hear back from him.

Basically scabbing free storage. Never accept. You're then obliged to clutter your place with their junk for who knows how long? There's some really unreasonable people out there.
Ahh, if only victa had kept producing the thumblatch catcher series, they would be in better shape today!
