Hi Tyler and Norm,

Yes I don't think the Must Sell guy would be selling much ,a lot of the junk like the tyres you would have to pay someone
to take away ,the tip would charge him a $14 disposal fee for each tyre.

The Mower ad is another strange one.

Lawn mowers used parts assorted buy single or bulk be quick neg
All types don't ask have u got this come see for yourself loads to sell so need stock or parts use ph call all to go quick so get bargains now be quick selling now

I've seen better mowers etc at tip shops and the side of the road.

Looks like someone has stolen Jack's BladeRunner name for a mower .

Cheers
Max.

His alarmingly bad grammar would be ample indication what this misfit is like to deal with.

You won't be getting bargains from him.

Deluded fool is what I get from this character.

Hi Tyler, Max and MF,
When I went there some years ago all the stuff was stacked up to fence height with little tracks in between the piles with this bloke coming behind me telling me how good all the stuff was or what you could use it for

Sounds hazardous on top of him being a nuisance who acts as though his time is precious and you have an obligation to buy something.

He obviously dreams of getting rich from his crap.

Dare I ask, what's his ethnicity?

Max, the blade runner was a bolt on aerator attachment for rotary mower attachment as well. Though that was blade runna.

MF, I think Norm said before - an old greek bloke

Greek. Hmm...shocked.

I suspect not a citified Greek like many in Melbourne, the inbred simpleton variety from the villages.

Thought I'd seen and heard it all until I asked an online seller a question about his parts, to which he replied "I could not care less".

It is beyond belief that someone with that kind of attitude towards buyers really expects people to want to buy his stuff. He was also way overpriced with most of his stuff and won't even guarantee if it works or not. I suppose he just can't care less. *shrug*

It's just trash and treasure ,some will see trash and the seller must see treasure ,I've asked at a garage sale
how much for the seized whipper snipper and the answer was $60. because if you had to make that it would cost a lot,
but you could say that about a lot of things that are classified as rubbish.

Tyler ,I hadn't seen the blade runna ,there are too many shades of green in the world ,I don't mind a dead lawn in summer.

Can't say I've seen anyone with this mower attachment.

Cheers

MF, long since defunct

Did see a Victa with one ages ago for $110 on gumtree - actually sent a message to them asking what it is, was told it was a blade runna aerator

What a pity. We could do with one and have mowers aplenty too attach one to.

Don't think they were much chop MF. Another I saw was bolted through an alloy honda deck - could see that ending in tears

I have toyed with the idea of attaching a push aerator onto a mower, but it wouldn't work that well.

Have made a scarfier out of a sprinter though - best thing to do with the sprinter. Plus it has a 450 briggs on it, so I don't mind hammering it haha

Heh those post 2000s Briggs flathead are expendable and good for value adding a PT Victa to the average Joe who seems to think the name is semi prestige.

Must say, they're pretty easy to work on apart from the fiddly a## governor spring setup.

Amazingly simple engine MF - amazes me how botched some are that I see

With regard to the governor springs, get one of these and its a breeze https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/185307848066?

3000 on the main spring, then 3200 final rpm using little spring

I got one last time you recommended Tyler. Haven't used it since I got it several months back.

May use it on a Victa slightly over revving. Do you know the maximum revs a PT should be doing?

How much beyond is tolerable?

3600 rpm for a victa generally MF, otherwise check for leaks, add washers under cam or change springs
