My mate wants me to service two Stihl saws and I get to keep the Husky 1611...... which just needs a trigger, which I will make if I can't find one.
That's OK......
First step ,give them a water blast

With the middle Stihl MS180. the linkage for choke kill switch was off.
There is a manufacturing fault and you have to file a bit off the plastic so it works smoothly.....
They should have done a recall...........
That one is perfect now...........

And I ordered a coil for the other Stihl CS2050... asit had no spark.

Speedy, what do you expect from a company who took over 5 years to recall saws that were fuel geysering and lighting people on fire

It runs so well now........
Now I just get the old Husky going for myself, but I don't need to cut wood......
I'll find a use for it.....
