Long term lurker, newish paid member here. I have enjoyed surfing around reading and watching this forum, especially enjoy the banter, opinions and most of all the respectful conversations! I'm a diesel tech by trade, and was lucky enough to have gotten involved with golf course equipment a number of years ago and was heavily involved with the Textron stable, which consisted of Ransomes, Jacobsen, EZ-GO and Cushman as well as a few others. I fell in love with golf course equipment as a result!
Moving house a few years ago rekindled my lawn love and of course the obligatory stable of equipment, I've now shelved my hobby/side business of motorcycle restoration in favour of these much simpler and cheaper machines!
I thought it was time to say hi and share my latest addition; that I feel was pretty damn good buy given the state of the SB craze here in Melbourne at the moment (and is still making me smile!).
Its a fairly late model Rover 45 Select (10 blade reel) its in pretty decent condition and with a good clean up will become my daily and give me some time to resto my current SB45 daily as well as a few others that are lurking in the far corner of the shed. The engine is dated 19th May 2006 so my guess it was a late 06 or maybe 07 produced mower.
