If you need information on products we supply that we can free of charge to anyone. I started this site to try to help people with problems and encourage others to do the same. It is a pity that you are one of these individuals that can't believe that someone does things just for the satisfaction of helping others in need.
You would be better off trying to help people rather than critising others.

I hope to see you offer some assistance to people asking questions on this bulletin board. This would be more constructive than your criticisms.
