Hi guys,

I'm repair a broken key on the main pulley under the engine. For people wanting to know the Key is 6mm. Upon inspection the grub screw was missing so I made one out of a 5/16 threaded HT bolt. Cut the head off and made a grove for a flat head screwdriver. Worked a treat. Now the fun part. I'm missing the entire spacer / washer / spring washer / bolt assembly that screws through the bottom of pulley into the end of the main shaft thats part of the engine. That basically keep the pulley from falling off.

From what I can gather the parts are as follows. gt 1501-spacer, gt1344-washer, gt1247-spring washer, gt1064-set screw. I can mix and match ok but does anyone know the size of gt1501 - spacer and gt1064-set screw (length and size)?

These parts are universal to the Tractor 8, 10 and 11.

All help is appreciated.

Regards

Hi Aussie,
Not sure if it would help but I have one of those early Anniversary's here, the ones that look Anniversary but have the bonnet with the cowl on it, Motor is still in this one and I will probably end up wrecking it so let me know if these bits could help you.

Hi Norm,

How are you?
If the motor in it is a BS then Id say the bolt and spacer would probably be the same.

Are you able to check the gap between the pulley and the base of the engine whist its assembled?

What would you want for those bits? Your down Dandenong way if I remember correctly.

Hi Aussie,
Not bad just getting older, it has a B&S in it so I assume it is the same, bit hard to check because I would need to stand it vertically to get a measurement. How does $5 sound. Yes I'm in Hampton Park about 40 mins I guess for you this time of the year.
